Information Ringer handles
Ringer may store your email address, verified personal phone number, assigned Ringer number, time zone, call preferences, schedules, prompts, uploaded recordings, call status and duration, usage balance, and billing-provider identifiers.
How the information is used
We use this information to verify account access, provision and operate your phone number, process eligible texts, place requested calls, apply quiet hours and retries, show call history, track prepaid minutes, and provide customer support.
Service providers
Ringer relies on Telnyx for phone numbers, verification, SMS, voice calls, and AI call services; Stripe for billing; Neon for database storage; and Railway for application hosting. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
Recordings and prompts
Recordings you upload are stored for playback during calls and protected by long, unguessable playback links. Prompts and call instructions are sent to the calling service only when needed to provide the requested conversation.
Retention and deletion
We retain account and call information while your account is active and as reasonably needed for billing, fraud prevention, support, and legal obligations. To request deletion or a copy of your information, email support@ksxco.com.
Security
Ringer uses encrypted network connections, provider-managed credentials, restricted phone-number matching, and tokenized recording links. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Not an emergency service
Ringer is not designed for emergency calls, crisis response, medical advice, or time-critical safety notifications. Call 911 or the appropriate local emergency service when immediate help is needed.
